I’ve had to sell a home in one state, buy a home in another, while living in yet another state. And I had to handle the laws of each different states, the financial issues, and the tax implications.

Even worse, I chose close friends who were real estate agents to buy and sell my homes. I figured if I knew them, they would take good care of me. However, I had to deal with some true real-estate nightmares. One agent listed our house for months – with the wrong address! Another agent switched jobs while listing our house and put us in the middle of a legal battle.

So, if you can imagine the worst of real estate experiences, I’ve probably been through it.

Consequently, it became a personal mission for me: to make sure nobody else had to ever deal with the home-buying horrors I had to overcome. It’s why I became a real estate agent. And it’s why I studied and continue to learn more and more about the real estate profession, changes in laws and tax matters, and our local history and markets.
